We always aim to have the best prices available on our store. This is our guarantee to you!
If you (somehow) find another online store with a lower price than us, please let us know. Simply email us at info@theurbanbathhouse.com with a link to the same product on our competitor's website.
Once we have a chance to verify the pricing, we will match or beat the price you found. No questions asked!
Please note that the price must be the total price, that includes any shipping costs and taxes that may be charged by the comparison site.
Also, if you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund the difference from your original payment.
In certain cases, we are bound to an "Internet Minimum Advertised Price" (IMAP) by our brands and are forbidden to charge less that the amount set by those brands for a given product. It is unlikely that one of our competitors would be selling the same product for less than the IMAP but if this were to be the case, we would be bound by our agreement with the brand owner to not sell the product for less than the IMAP.
Our Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions:
- You must request the price match before you purchase the item from our website, or within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
- The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.
- The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
- The competitor must be an “Authorised Retailer” of the product in question.
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges.
- The Urban Bath House Ltd reserves the right to refuse a Price Match if it is deemed as being used unfairly.
